Legends Landscape Management, Inc has been performing landscape maintenance in Arizona for 25years. Over this time we have developed a proven track record with Developers, HOA’S, Industrial Centers and City Contracts. We do all of our work in house with our Maintenance, Weed Control, Arbor Care and Construction Divisions. Many of our current contracts have been with us for multiple years and extensions. Legends Landscape Management, Inc. started with one HOA and presently has over 70 HOA’S with a large Master Association “ Tartesso “ located on the west side of town. This property requires a fulltime Account Manager and a 9 man crew S5days per week. When this property is fully built out there will be 49,000 homes with a planned 150,000 residents which requires constant attention to detail and supervision. Being a reasonable sized company allows us to spend more time with each property and attention to detail then the large corporate landscape companies. We currently have developed a new client plan allowing us to add contracts at any time with no financial hardships to our company. Legends Landscape Management Inc. owns all of our equipment and trucks with no money owed to any bank or lending facility. Presently between management and sales we have over 100 years of combined horticultural experience ranging from New Construction to Irrigation trouble shooting. There will be no issue that will come up that we have not experienced and corrected.
